Singer

Originally supposed to debut as a singer under her label YG Entertainment instead of an actress, she did however sing “Saranga” which became the title song of the Pure in Heart drama, and Shim Soo Bong’s “I Don’t Know Anything But Love” in Boys Over Flowers. She also did a duet of Kim Gun Mo’s “Rain Falls on a Sleepless Night” with Big Bang member Seungri on talk show Peppermint on March 7, 2009.

Author
She recently wrote a book, “Tango” (탱고) which is a love story focusing on one girl who falls in love with three men. The book received good reviews and many critics who praised her for her well structured sentences. This book is currently a bestseller, selling 30,000 copies within one week.
